The 24 Hour Radiation Safety Officer training class registration rate is $950 per student (no discount for multiple students from the same company).
Check with AEC to identify what training is appropriate for your program.
The RSO is the focal point of a radioactive materials management program. This person is the primary liaison with the regulating agencies and is the person these agencies expect to maintain a safe and compliant program.
It is essential that they have the necessary training and skill to execute their job competently.
Depending on the regulatory requirements and the current knowledge of your selected RSO, some form of training may be required. This course provides general training that brings the novice up to speed fast.
