For initial setup, please fill in the contact form below to have AEC configure your Group Management Dashboard.
Instructions
Step 1: After Your Dashboard is Configured, Log in to Your Account
- Visit aec-radiation.com/my-account and log in to your account.
- Click GROUPS DASHBOARD on the main menu.
- You’ll now see an overview including: your group name(s), courses assigned, number of users enrolled (Total Seats Used and Seats Remaining) and Team progress metrics.
Step 2: Assign Team Members to Training Courses
- In the Group Management Dashboard, click MANAGE ORGANIZATION.
- Click ADD USER.
- Fill out:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Select the course from the available list, if a course is not listed contact info@aec-radiation.com
- The system will email your team member(s) with a welcome email (with login link).
- Continue building your team: click ADD USER.
- Repeat for each team member.
Step 3: Track Team Progress
- In the dashboard, click ORGANIZATION REPORT.
- View:
- Course completion status
- Quiz scores
- Certificates earned
Export reports if needed.
Step 4: Add Additional Courses or Team Members
- To add more seats (Team Members) to your account, log-in to your Dashboard, click GROUPS in the main menu, and then select PURCHASE from the dropdown menu.
- A screen will open allowing you to enter the number of courses you would like to add.
- Click ADD TO CART and continue to check out.
