Let’s understand training needs.

Training is required when:

• New personnel work with radioactive materials or
• whenever the RSO determines that it is needed.

Authorized User training is to be performed by personnel as approved by the Radioactive Materials License.

Refresher training is required:

• Whenever stated in the license
• Whenever there are changes in procedures, license conditions, or regulations, or
• Whenever the RSO determines that it is needed
